If you have a workmanship claim, visit www.brandywineexteriors.com/warranty for instructions on submitting a claim. After registering the warranty, please e-mail a copy to warranty@brandywineexteriors.com. Brandywine Exteriors will promptly return to the project and repair or replace, as necessary, any defect in the workmanship of Brandywine Exteriors. All manufacturers' materials warranties are hereby assigned to Customer as Customer's sole remedy for any defect or failure of materials. Brandywine Exteriors's liability is limited to repair and/or replacement of its own defective work. In no event will Brandywine Exteriors be responsible for special, incidental, or consequential damages or for labor to correct defective material, especially that covered by a separate warranty. Customer must notify Brandywine Exteriors of any claim for leaks within 24 hours of noticing issue or such claim shall be deemed waived. Any work performed to address warranty claims unrelated to the original scope of work will be charged at an hourly rate of ($90.00).
